i really didn't have a problem with the girl. is there something i missed? she was on "home improvement." she played brad's girlfriend when he was like 13. she was the one who always called him bradley.

Oh, I really want to see it now. Maybe I will have to give my children a couple extra days off of school (we homeschool) for Christmas break so we can watch Huck Finn and Flipper.

[depression mode] Flipper killed himself a few years after the movie. The owner didn't take care of him good enough. Flipper drowned himself in front of the owner. At least that's what i heard. Correct me if i'm wrong [depression mode off/]
it's sooo cute!! Never seen it though. I was a huge fan of the serie when i was little. When i heard of the movie i just wanted to see it, and now i want to see it again!! Childhood really does come back when you're a teenager

Harry Potter is about WIZARDS who go to SCHOOL. Whereas the X-Men are MUTANTS who go to an ACADEMY. In contrast, the little Lord of the Thingy dudes are totally unschooled. A bunch of dropouts. All they do is run around in the woods, singing songs and eating special bread.

Quote from: Rose on December 06, 2004, 11:18:06 pm Ohhhh! I want to see that and Huck Finn so badly. I just haven't had a free day to do it and, since I homeschool my children and our weekends are so busy, I probably won't get to until next summer.
|
Oh Rose, I'm sure that you will love this film. It's adventurous and cute... Eijah does a fantastic job as Huck and provides many a giggle!! I watch it every now and again.. and I believe that your children will enjoy it.

Poor Flipper.
I actually still like this movie. Sure, it's cheesy but.. it's somehow cool at the same time. Maybe it's the fact that Elijah is wearing some cool t-shirts. Smashing Pumpkins. \m/

It's been so very long since I've seen this movie, but I remember liking it. It was a bit like Free Willy though, plot-wise, wasn't it? Eh, whatever. I like cutesy movies. Though it'll probably be a while before I rent this one again. Heh.

I didn't know you homeschooled your children (surprising since i know so much about you !!!!) That's cool, must be hard work, you have a few children don't you!! You sound like an angel!!!
*On topic* The girl poos me off, i don't know why, she's in Casper, and she's not very nice, I'm sure she's in something else as well. Oh, and she looks like a girl from my form at school who was really, not nasty, but, kinda!!!!
