Trilogy time??

As soon as I got time, after school was out, I decided to sit down and immerse myself into all three LOTR movies. How many of you take a weekend or some time to do just that!! It's so much fun to go back and watch them. Especially when one hasn't watched them for so long. Anyone else do this??????????

I do like to re-watch the films but I can't sit down and watch all 3 in one go as my concentration is not good enough these days.

Not all three at once, just one of them each weekend is enough for me.

I did this just once, but I fell asleep during the TT and woke up again for the ROTK, so I'm not sure if it counts...

I have done two in a day, but I usually run out of time by then. Never can quite get the third one in before I make dinner.
I usually read all three books every year around Christmas time. This year will be my 42 time reading them.
Hugs, Rach

I admire anyone who has read the books multiple times. I've only managed to read them once. I would really love to read them again but I just haven't got round to it.

Well, I'm sure I have a LONG head start on you. LOL I started reading them when they first came out in the US in 1967! I was a kid, of course. My older sister read them and recommended them to me.
Have I thanked her lately??? LOL
Hugs, Rach

Not only did I re-watch all three extended versions, I watched them again the next week with the commentary turned on. Hilarious!

Does everyone have the extended versions on DVD except me? All I've got are the films on video...

You probably just have better sense than I do. LOL My husband thinks I'm crazy to need every one, but he loves me and indulges me, thank goodness.
