Yeah, I was talking about the Frodo from the book, and added some things about Elijah. A couple things were quotes, so not all of it was me. Thank Tolkien too!

I think he have to be older than El. He can't be sweet, his mission is too serious for little sweet boys. Well, I like Frodo as he is in Tolkien's books, and I think El's not a very good Frodo (he is not like Tolkien's Frodo). Please don't kill me for that

Ok, killing you wouldn't help to change your mind When I read the book (and that was AFTER seeing FOTR) I thought the same: he is too young for Frodo. But know I can't imagine someone better in that part than Elijah.

Frodo is a grown-up, smart, responsable, brave, kind-hearted, serious, when there's a danger and funny when he drinks beer, friendly with well-knowns and suspicious with strangers. The ring's power over him makes him to do things that are not inhirent in him. Like sometimes he's too suspicious or a bit naive, tired psychically, he's face is much serious than smiled like usually. I think adventures are always in his soul.

I just remember when reading the book that Sam actually felt bad because people didn't realize the sacrifice Frodo made.....Sam pulled Frodo thru, but it was Frodo's determination that accomplished the task.

I believe that, bc in the movie Sam tries to carry the ring and Frodo won't let him bc he knows Sam ain't strong enough to handle it, altho he know's HE barely can handle it, bless him he tries to keep Sam from being hurt by the ring, even if once he does make Sam feel bad, he more than makes up later by asking him to keep up the recordbook. That's how I see it anyway. That's a big job for such a little guy but Frodo trusts him w/ this.

Yes, I remember well in the book how Sam and Merry and Pippin became well known in the history of all things, but Frodo was forgotten. That made me feel so sad about how people and events in our world.......... like Bobby Kennedy being shot and how what if he were still around which way would this coundtry had gone if indeed Bobby were here , but he is all but forgotten, and his message as well , just like Frodo......... interesting
