Well, as it seems like we're talking about the hobbits in the movie, my favorite would have to be Pippin. He's cute and silly, but he grows and matures throughout the movie.
He's such an innocent hobbit when the Fellowship starts out, only worrying about when his next meal will be. But by the end, he's seen and learned many things. He's learned what life and the world is all about, and how important certain things (like friendship) really are.
Pippin probably changes the most throughout the movie, and I think I'd say he's my favorite hobbit.

All the hobbits are cute, but my next favourite hobbit after Frodo is Sam, after Sam: Pippin and after Pippin: Merry.
But to be honest I like them all

i'm leaning toward merry. he's as silly as pippin, but you could always see his strength. pippin's had to grow. close second is sam. who wouldn't want a friend like him?

I love them ALL!
But I pick Pippin, I can identify so much with his childlike behaviour... Gotta love him!

Merry I think was my favorite when I read the book, Merry the magnificent .
