In the beginning of FOTR Gandalf comes and Frodo stands on a hill and says: " You are late". At that moment his arms are crossed an he looks so cute.
Again in the FOTR, when Bilbo gives Frodo the Sting.

[I like the scenes: at the Grey Havens=LOVE it.....and the scene in that tower in Mordor where his shirts off=HAWT..lol sorry but it's also cute that Sam saves him *tries to cover up by not saying the only reason why I like the scenes is cause He's HAWT* lol
