unless the user set their account to private, their pics are public and if no controversy comes of it here, which it shouldn't, no problem.

correct me if I am wrong...but if you have already seen it on line, while lurking on H's friends myspace accounts, obviously set to public view....then its already been made public.
Though that look on Elijahs face is one that says either....oh hi you again or must you really take a picture now......
oh sorry I didn't see Deenan beat to teh response.... at least we aggree.

mh, IŽd though it would not be okay, to post pics from public accounts...
thats just what a lot of people told me...it would be illegal and not okay to do that...

No, I agree with you all, if thats possible - if the account was set to private and someone had put it on here then it would be a different story, but as the photo was already public I guess its OK...if Elijah had really wanted it not to be seen I'm sure it wouldn't have been!

Hardly anything in the web is private. Once you put something there, it's "always" there... files and pics spread all around the world. And celebs suffer... nothing is private  , people are interested in everything they do...

Yeah! I try not to post any personal pics or anything on the web, just in case I ever get famous and people find pictures of me as a teenager messing around...Anyway, I don't want something I'm doing now to come back and haunt me, and I try to respect people's privacy, but it is hard to do when the photos are all just there for the taking!

I posted a private pic of Elijah here once, but I had no idea it was private. It was from public Elijah fansite (Elijah Illusions) and it did'nt have any kind of label on it.
I was notified by A&F member of the pic. After that I removed it from the board myself, because I did'nt want to do something against Elijah's wish.
But yeah, they spread easy around the web once they are published somewhere. And you might not even know if you see one.
