Elusive Outtake Pics (??)

I've been seeing icons scattered about some places on the internet of pictures from this photoshoot
that I have never seen. I've already saved about 3 or 4 pics from this photoshoot a long time ago, when it initially surfaced, but there are new ones I think. Ones that I haven't seen, only in icons/avatars.
Are there any more? Can someone kindly post all the pics from this shoot (or a link to them if you want)?

i'm surprised these haven't been posted yet. i don't know why i didn't think about posting them myself. 
this one has been around for a while.
i've made 2 or 3 siggies and a lot of icons from these. they're fun to work with and elijah is the best model!

New pics have been coming out all the time still, but nobody around here cares to post them in the board so we can gawk about them anymore. It's strange and sad.

Thanks for posting them. But definitely these photoshot is not my favourite. I donīt like the way he looks... too pale, too skinny... not really my kind.
