Elijah on Graham Norton Show

Elijah was on Graham Norton's new show last night.
I took a few screen caps. They're not that brilliant but at least you have an idea of what he looked like - which by the way, was lovely - apart from his hair!!

Hey I luv you...Thanks for this sweet,nice,fine,lovely,hot.... alot ELIJAH screencaps !!  And according to me hair is not bad ..But actually I prefer old hair

Hello Shiredrops.... how you doing??? Been to any mor Gogol gigs lately?   
I thought I'd read somwhere that Elijah was on Graham Norton but didn't know it was on!! - DOH!  
I was also very pleasantly surprised to be driving back in my car around lunchtime to hear the end of an interview with Elijah and Jo Whiley on radio 1.... he's still soooo lovely and by the way Jo kept raving about him, just one of the nicest people you could ever meet!!! Nice to everyone he meets! (as we know first hand!!)
Hope all's well and hope to catch up with you soon

Saw them in November - Brixton Academy! They were brill as usual.
I missed Elijah on the radio. It was probably a better interview than Graham's. I don't like Graham Norton's show. He just does a load of stupid things with his guests and doesn't actually ask them anything interesting!!

Thanks for the link Shire...... I watched him on GN on someone's youtube last night..........your right , he has them do stupid things........ its all about HIM I suspect........and his format of show. But Elijah, being Elijah just went right along as usual and was part of the "fun" thanks again.
So sorry I missed him on the radio too.....I wonder if it's out there on the web??????

I agree Frodo. Graham's show is all about him. His guests come second!
Elijah was a very good sport and obviously gets on well with Graham, as I think this is the fourth time he's appeared on his show but I just wish that Graham would at least ask Elijah something that we don't already know!

Hi truestar
In the cooldown, Graham asked Eloise how she’d met Elijah – the answer was: “Through a mutual friend”. Graham wondered how Elijah would have the time to be the band’s manager what with being an international movie star too – at this point Elijah put his head in his hands and shook his head, but Eloise was very sweet and said that he was never too busy and “always returns my calls”.
Elijah wanted to make it clear that there “is a band as well, but they are back in New York”. Graham said “Yes, we were too cheapskate to bring them over too” and Elijah laughed.
Then Graham interviewed a man who had had an entire ’English Breakfast’ tattooed on his head (eggs, sausages, bacon and all). Elijah commented that if the guy was in the desert with a mirror and saw his head, would he want to eat it? – which was kind of bizarre, but then it was a very bizarre interview!
That was about it for the cooldown. The extended edition of the programme did have a few bits that were edited out of the first version. The only Elijah bit I can recall is when they were talking about stage work. Elijah said he’d never done any, but would love to try it. It scared the sh*t out of him, but nevertheless he’d be up for it if anyone offered.
I’ll watch the extended edition again soon – I’ll get back to you if there are any more Elijah bits I’ve missed.
Edited: I've watched the extended edition again, and the following little bits were also added -
Talk turned to tattoos, and Graham said he wasn't going to ask Elijah to show his tattoo - at which point Kim Catrall said enthusiastically: "I might!!", which was rather amusing.
Graham asked Elijah if he was ever suspicious that people didn’t really want to see the tattoo, but rather just where it was. Elijah replied: “Well, there is something kind of salacious about where it is, if you wanted it to be that way, so yeah, I guess so”.
They discussed the upcoming Oscars – had Elijah presented at the Oscars? Elijah said: “Yes, I was really young, I was like 13. It was the first time I’d ever been to the Oscars and I presented the award for Best Visual Effects. It was amazing, having grown up watching that show and being that young and kind of seeing.... it was amazing.”
Graham asked if he got one of those cheesy intro speeches to read out, and Elijah said yes, it was about visual effects and was “quite flowery”, and he agreed that no, at 13 he didn’t have the courage to change the intro speech he was given.
The only other bit I think I’ve missed was in the cooldown – Elijah said that Eloise & the Savoir Faire had recorded a single/EP that would be out soon and would be doing a full-length recording “probably in the summer”.
