How many years have you been a fan of Elijah?

I have had a crush on him since the Lord of the Rings like most fans and I'm still crushing on him  It's almost 11 years now. It's just a long time and still have the same intensity.
I just think he is one of the very handsome people I have seen in my life. And he is just a full package to me...nice personality... charming look...etc...etc!

Okay... I'm going to pull a Glozell here and people aren't going to like it, but; I haven't watched any of the Lord of the Rings movies. Yeah yeah call me crazy... (I don't have an interest in them... sorry 'Lij)
I didn't know of Elijah until the reboot of Spyro came along. And Happy Feet.
I saw Happy Feet before I received Spyro: A New Beginning for Christmas. When I played the game, and heard Spy's voice, I thought to myself, "Hey, it's Mumble HappyFeet! How cool is that."
So... around Fall-Winter 2006? (didn't get VERY interested until Shane Acker's 9 came out)
What can I say? I love Elijah's voice. He'd be a person to send me into sweet dreams.
And yes Jayo, I can definitely agree with the handsome/charming look/personality part. He's just an all around sweetheart, methinks. We all know that Elijah is not perfect, but he is down to earth and awesome in his own way like everybody else.

Hey, there is nothing wrong in not liking LOTR. I don't like fantasy much either, and I am surprised at finding myself liking LOTR. I am also attracted to his other roles. I also agree about his voice.

well, i'll need FOUR hands to count the number of years i've been a fan of elijah's.
i was strictly an admirer of his amazing talents when i saw radio flyer in 1992 and that lasted for a few years. then it was off and on for the years after that. when LOTR came, the fandom blew up and hasn't let up.

I haven't been on the this board in years! I miss it!
Ok, back to the question at hand....I've been a fan since LOTR. For about 9 years or so. I haven't always kept up w/ what he's done since then, but anytime I see him, he makes me smile! I think about my time in Austin. Good times indeed!

well, lets see...i've grown up, gotten married and started a new career in photography! A lot going on! You still shooting Dee?
all i know is, there was some magnetic pull bringing me back here!! ha!
i tell you one thing, i've been having fun reading some of the stories i wrote way back when! like i said, good times!

Well I've known OF him since Flipper. A fan though? Probably since LotR.

I saw him as a small kid in Back to the Future 2. I thought he was so wierd looking then. But when he became Frodo. I was hooked. However, I have to admit, I am a fan but not as frantic a fan as I was when he was Frodo. I guess it's because I really don't like the whole Hollywood scene and find it distracting to the real issues people should be concerning themselves with. BTW, Deenan, I'm retiring this year. Can't believe it. But handed in my resignation today.
