i got this all over my alerts today. looks like elijah is selling his home... but it appears to be the one he used to live in and probably the one his mom lives in.
Elijah Wood lists Santa Monica Home
good luck in selling. the market is less than pleasant these days.

i wonder he got any interested parties yet.  if it is sold, i hope the new owners keep the integrity of the home. here's an overhead view on the property thanks to karin.
