Someboy should ask Elijah if

he's planning to make a record since he has his own label. I'm dying to hear him sing, since I found out he could. I bet he'd make a great one.

hmm... elijah make a record? 
though he's said that's not the way he'd want to go, he's been doing some singing as of late hasn't he? i think he'll just stick with karaoke and singing in the shower, but it would be cool if he did venture out to make one on his own.
btw, you know he sang and played instruments on viggo's cd pandemoniumfromamerica, right?

Yeah, I remember he sang a song called "Gone".  It was pretty weird...I wonder how he'd do with a better one.
As for a CD, he said maybe the last time he was asked about it, didn't he? At least I think so.
Maybe he'll do a musical or guest star on Glee. That'd be great.

If he ever stars the voice as an animated Disney character and is required to sing, I will run around the my bedroom in circles, giggling wildly. In a good way, though.

Did he sing alone on that CD? I knew that Dom and Lijah both "sang" that halfling song, not sure how it's spelled, but I hope you know which song I'm talking about. But, other then that, did he sing anything else on it?

Maybe I'll spring for that CD. I'd love to hear more of him.
I wish he'd sing to a girl he loves like he did in "Forever Young". That'd be awesome.

I desperately want to hear him singing all alone. He has a good tone of voice when he speaks. I bet he will have better when he sings. Can anybody gives me a link so I can HEAR him singing? I really want to! PLEAAAAAAASE!

well, there's really not a good example of elijah singing alone. he's usually heard signing for fun. one i can think of was from his time hosting SNL. there was a lot of singing on that, but mostly it was done as satire. the best skit IMO that showed his ability to sing can't be found on the net. maybe it's there, but i can't find it.
however, there is a video showing him singing from SNL

from viggo's cd (though it really not his voice)

there's a better one from the cd, but i don't know where it can be found.
singing karaoke, but not the best song for hearing his tone... still not bad

and i've always had my suspicions that this is actually elijah singing the song from this skit from SNL. sorry it's not the entire song.

Didn't realize he'd sang that much. I remember in the ROTK DVD commentaries someone (don't remember now) mentioning that they wanted Billy or Eliijah to sing in the movie and Elijah saying that he was happy that Billy sang.

i actually think it was elijah who said that. he was happy that peter used the talents of others besides just acting.

i wish he would sing more. i remember an interview elijah gave for a morning news show when promoting happy feet and the interviewer asked if he would sing. it looked like he was about to do it when she stopped him suddenly from doing it. darn!

It'd be nice to hear him sing. I've always wondered if he'd end up doing theater of some sort, too. Anyway know if he ever did anything onstage? I've looked but can't find anything...but maybe I'm just bad at researching, lol.

yes he has. three times. but there's no video of two performances or stills from them either. there's only photos from before and after of the 24 hours play. they wouldn't really qualify as true stage performance, but stage is stage.
