I just saw Elijah and Liev's segment. Assuming they don't come back after the commercial break--that was extremely short! When he came out as they were announced, he kissed the hands of the women hosts. 
Nothing new here. He got teased about his sideburns. Elizabeth mentioned that his role was so different from in LOTR: "You're just so weird [in the film]." Liev says that Elijah definitely has a quirkiness in his personality. LOL. Elijah mentions that there wasn't a lot to say with the character; he's a loner. Liev is congratulated on his Tony Award and talks about how difficult it was to do Glengarry Glen Ross eight times a week and edit the film at the same time.
So, short. Not terribly illuminating (no pun intended) but it's ALWAYS great to see Lij.

(back to the forum) I felt disapointment a bit, Lij appeared only a few minutes and Liev talked more than him!! Lij was really a gentleman(he kissed the hands of the View ladies) He looked gorgeous as always. I believe Lij deserve 1 hour everytime he'll appear on a show!! What quirkiness means?

Ya I know I never watch The View to talky for me well unless Elijah is talking I would sit though that forever
