The Series of Unfortunate Events is good reading as well... It really amazes me that the author can think up so many bad things that can happen to someone...

omg...those books disturbed me. i stopped reading at 4

I'd say The Mists of Avalon if you want a book that'll take up your whole summer. And I really reccomend 'The Song of The Lioness' series by Tamora Pierce. They're brilliant.

I am getting into Daughters of the Moon books and they are a very good in my opinion.

OMG i LOVE the daughters of the moon books and i am waiting for the 10th one. and T*Witches, even my mom reads them (and i dyed my hair like one of the main characters, except a different color). if you are in your early teens they appeal to you more. heheh, i got my friend into those books. and cirque du freak, my friends really like that now that ive shown it to them. and..the hitchhickers guide to the galaxy is really funny.

I would recommend The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley, The Princess's Diaries, and The Lord of the Rings, however, it depends of the book style you preffer
