I have no idea what it was called (my mom got rid because she didn't like it), but it was about a girl who got in an accident and it sent her back through time. In real life she just looked like she was in a coma, and she eventually did come out of it. I don't remember much else of what happened, because I read it when I was around nine years old. There was some creepy lady, though... and I don't remember what she was doing to the girl. I think she kept sending her back in time even after she got out of the hospital. I don't remember exactly... but it was really freaky.

Has to be 'The Shining'. Gives me the willies just thinkin about it. 'IT' was pretty messed up too... There are some ghost stories that Roald Dahl wrote that kind are scary too. I highly recommend them.

I can't remember the name of it. But I read it when I was like 12, and it scared the crap outta me! It was about this race of monsters breeding in England, around Stonehenge.. and these two kids were trying to get rid of them before they killed everybody.
I wanna say it was called "The Doom Stone". The cover even creeped me out. I couldn't read the thing at night, and to this day I keep to book cover out of sight. Lol! It had a weird ending.. like, the monsters weren't truly gone.. eeee. *Shiver.*

I'm such a nerd, I read a book called "Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter" It's a star wars book. Anyways, it was so freaky and good at the same time. I need to read it again.

GEEK! Haha -- just kidding. I'm a sucker for Star Wars too. But the creepiest book I've ever read is probably "Lord of the Flies" -- very good at the same time though. It's sort of this cautionary tale about how society totally destroys people, and there's like this animalistic nature to every living thing. Very disturbing stuff. I've heard rumours that some parts of NIN's video for "Closer" were inspired by that book.

The creepiest book I've read... *thinks* Well, I think that would be "Julian's House" by Judith Hawkes (I think). I couldn't stop reading so I spent two days in bed and as it was winter I had the lights on all the time because I didn't want it to get dark! *lol* It's quite good actually, in the beginning it reminded me a little bit of the movie "Amityville", this book's much better, though!

| I just started reading "Lord of the Flies".....I´m not very far, but I know what you mean...it kinda reminds me of "The Wave", which is really disturbing and terrifying, but very good!
