For those of you who are fans of Dan Brown's novels:
Digital Fortress - 1998 Angels & Demons - 2000 Deception Point - 2001 The Da Vinci Code - 2003 The Lost Symbol - 2009
The Lost Symbol will be released on September 15 2009. This is third of Brown's novels to feature Professor Robert Langdon.

I read the Da Vinci Code years ago - I remember it because I had one day study leave for my key stage 3s (back in 3rd year, 4 years ago now) and I spent it reading the Da Vinci Code. I really enjoyed it, and planning to read Angels and Demons.
Victoria - is Digital Fortress about digital things? Is there science in it that's hard to understand? I prefer books that someone with no science background can understand and I think the title has always put me off.

As a custom title for me, useful I would like it to be. Something descriptive, about me I give: I am "The Limerick Lady."

I've read all 4 of the books. I liked Deception Point, but most people I know didn't like that as much as others. I thought Angels and Demons was quite a bit better than Da Vinci Code too. Digital Fortress is a computer-focused thing and my memory is that it is pretty understandable, but it's been a while and I know some computer/science stuff from other reading, so I don't know for sure how you'd find it.

As you go through the novel Dan/the characters explain things for you. Much like in The DaVinci Code where Robert explains how certaint hings work and so on and so forth

^ Thanks for the info - maybe I will give it a go, but I must admit all that art/history/language/religion stuff held more excitement for me than omputers and science.
