I kinda like Remus/Severus. But Remus/Sirius as well.
I'm not so sure about reading a Harry/Sirius...but I saw some pretty nifty Harry/Siriusfanart a while ago. It was....squeegy. Very yummy.

It's been a long time since I've visited this thread  There are lots of new interesting pairings you guys have come up with 
Anyway, I just had to share one of my new favorite ships, and recommend some fanfic for everyone.
After reading a fic, Hermione/Tom Riddle has become one of my favorite ships. I had never even thought of putting those two together, but it actually works very well. Tom is a very complex character, which makes him ideal for fanfic.
I HIGHLY recommend this story - I think it's the best fanfiction I have ever read, and that's saying something, because I've read a LOT of fanfiction. It's what converted me to Hermione/Tom.
The story is called "Have you Ever" and it's written by Lady Moonglow. Go here:

It's novel-length (took me about 8 hours to read it) and it's not completely finished, but it is definitely worth the time.

I think you are correct Joanna, Tom Riddle is a complex character and that makes for an interesting potential subject for fan fics.
