^ That's a shame Elizabeth.
I re-read 'What Katy Did' yesterday, by Susan Coolidge...the old ones are the best.

I had a quiet afternoon reading yesterday which was completely, wonderfully relaxing, and I finished 'On Beauty' by Zadie Smith (again!). I'm sure it's the book I've re-read the most times ever, but I just love it - it seems I always have it on the go!

I just finsihed Vampire Kisses(Vampireville) book 3. They're not the greatest books in the world, so. The seventh book is coming out shortly. But I am most excited about picking up the Moonwalk by MichaelJackson himself.

The last book I read was 'Eating For England' by Nigel Slater. It was non-fiction, which I don't usually read/enjoy, but I love this book - maybe because it's all about food and the memories it brings back. I've read it before, but I got through it really quickly this time - I wish it was twice as long.

sorry for double posting.
I just finished Moonwalk by Michael Jackson. I really enjoyed it, it was very moving and very touchy to see how he felt about things

Glad you liked your book Raquel.
I finished reading 'The Sparkling Rain' by Elizabeth O'Hara this morning - I remember reading it first when I was about 11 or 12, but it's still pretty good to go back to for something quick and easy. Not light reading by any means though - it's quite dark, for a 'young adults' book.

I finished these 4 before I finished Moonwalk. Vampire Kisses: The Coffin Club by Ellen Shrieber -It was ok. The ending just really made me mad because I really want to know if Alexander bit her!

Sorry to double-post, but it's been a week so I think it's OK.
I finished 'Framed!' yesterday, which is a completely brilliant book by Frank Cotrell Boyce. It's probably aimed at younger people than me, but I love it so much that I've re-read it maybe about 6 times over the last four or five years. It really is great. And I completely love the character of Lester, he's wonderfully real.
Now re-reading 'I Capture the Castle' by Dodie Smith.

Finished 'I Capture the Castle' by Dodie Smith. I enjoyed it less than I remember from the first time - I think, perversely, that I'm not that fond of the narrator, Cassandra.
Edit - April 2nd: Just read 'Girl with a Pearl Earring' by Tracy Chevalier. I've read it before, and still really love it - it's such an evocative book, you can imagine everything so clearly.
Edit - April 5th: I've just finished 'To Kill A Mockingbird' by Harper Lee. One of my favourite-ever books.

Just finished reading 'We Are All Made of Glue' by Marina Lewycka - it's my 2nd re-read since Christmas. I think I appreciated it more the second time around - I had a clearer sense of the characters, for some reason.
