Dutch. Since I'm dutch. I read a lot of english and some german. I used to read french and sometimes some spanish. And Latin. Some things are just better in the original language...

I'm portuguese, so the main part of the books I read are in portuguese. I also read a lot in English and French, and as this year I've started to learn German, I've already read some (very simple ones). I agree that the originals are better than the translations, for example I read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in English, and a month ago when the Portuguese tranlation came out, I looked through it, and it was a mess!

I always read in spanish...it`s my mother tongue 
...but sometimes i read in english too

yeah. I'm sweedish so most of the books I read is in sweedish but I also read in english and sometimes in spanish to

Yup.
Being norwegian, I read books in norwegian (duh! ), swedish, danish, I read in italian (I used to live in Italy), french (my mom is swiss) but I actually prefer reading in english. It's something about the english language that I really, truly like. It's so poetic.

Most the books I read are in spanish, but if you mean the origin of the writer, then, I like to read French books. Love Alexandre Dumas!

i try to read every book in it's original language actually.

but i like reading english because it's such a rich language (plus, it's my only second language at which i'm relatively good )
