Has any one read it? Its by "iva Ibbotson". Its really good older eaders probably would not enjoy it but i recommend it to and of the slightly younger readers....try it if your older too......its not that long so.... but yes I feel that it is a worthwile book

its about an island with strange things on it such as mistmakers and ogres and so on and a group of these things are sent back to our world to save the price who had been stolen there and they have to get him and take him back before the gump cloeses

I remember this book! I read it when I was just a youngin! It was a really sweet book and I also reccomend it to anyone, old or young. Its just so cute. And the ending is quite the twist.

lol yeah i do not know what your were reading .:elf:. was right about the gump being in a train station, platform 13 of a train station that is now unused except for ghosts whooooooo scary lol
