More Prayers Needed - Benjamin Bunny

NEVER buy a rabbit.
We bought Ben a few months ago not as a replacement for Stewie, I can't stress that enough. Well he's an adorable little kit, same breed as our Peter Bunny. We've just had to rush him to the vets because he collapsed and has been admitted. He didn't eat or drink and he just sat in his urine. Please pray for Ben as you did with Stewie.

Thank you very much for your prayers and thoughts...Ben's back home and just as cheeky as ever. The vet didn't say what she thought was wrong with him but we think it was the FlyGuard we put on him. For those who don't know; FlyGuard is supposed to stop flies landing on rabbits bottoms and laying eggs.

Rabbits ar adorable animals and I wouldn't give any of ours up for anything in the world...but they are so fragile. They can literally be fine one minute and then dead the next.

So good to hear Benjamin is better.
I actually had a pet rabbit once, but she ate a hole in her hutch and ran away. After reading Watership Down, and for the fact that we have wild rabbits in the garden, I don't think I could keep one now.

Benjamin is adorable! I didn't see the post until after he was all better but I did say a prayer for him, he's super cute.
