asking yourself is scarier, but youre more likely to get a definite and truthful answer if you are definate and truthful yourself. He may not want to tell your friends either 
he seems to like you, but then some people just like to play around without actually going "oh look at us were boyfriend and girlfriend"
if you arent a woman of words then next time youre getting all touchy feely just plant a big kiss on him and see what happens. lol... if he doesnt like it just say your mouth slipped

ok, ElijahFan, it's really important that YOU ask him what's the matter, don't send a friend, if you do it yourself, it's a proof of "courage" and determination ! Ask him about his feelings, what all that games mean, how you fell yourself about that... You really must speak with him !!! every relation start with it, "conversation" !!
I think one stuff is certain, he isn't indifferent to you so, go girl, you have nothing to lose *good luck*

i dunno... sounds a bit iffy. i mean, sure he must like you to be your good friend, but all this touchy feely stuff... i dunno. and why does he have so many games involving wrestling anyway? strange.
but then again, maybe he only sees you as a friend taht he can wrestle with... i dunno. but then again, if he was feeling you up and got a boner, then i dunno.
i say 'i dunno' a lot, don't i?

well i do think that you should ask him yourself. he's more likely to tell you to your face then he is tell anyone else. since you did say he is 'shy' about it, why do you think that he'll tell one of your friends he likes you?
i think he'll admire you all the more if you talk to him a bit like that, you know?

This sounds like a dilemma I'm having....
Anways, jsut ask urself whether you prefer his friendship or a relationship. It sounds a bit hormonal but if u wanna try it, just make sure when it does end that you two are still friends cause that is what shuld b valued more. Just try sharing ur feelings wit him (I know it's hard but he culd b feelin the same!) and try 2 figure out where 2 go.

well everyone i have good news
turns out, even though i didnt ask them to, a couple of my friends talked to him, and he does like me he told them that he was going to ask me out today, and that they wern't suposed to tell me, but clearly they did.
i waited all day, and he was with me for a long time, and people were like nudging him on and stuff, but still he wouldnt do it.
i got really confused after it all, and now people are saying they r still talking to him...should i jsut go ahead and do it myself seeing how we both like eachother? I mean, he knows I like him, and he knows I'll say yes...y doesnt he jsut do it allready? 
hit me with your thoughts please people!

Hmmm...I say go for the gold, sistah! If he really does like you, he'll say yes, and if he doesn't (which, from the way things sound, he does) you'll know for sure.
If talking face to face is too scary, I say go for the good ol' note. Worked for me. Oh yeah, and you could also play oblivious and say, "Don't treat me any differently blah blah blah". Or you could just go up and give him a big ol' smackeroo.
Well, tell us how things work out.

Yeah I was gonna write a note...I might call him later tonight and be like "I need to know something. Blah and Blah said you liked me. Is that true?" and I'll see what he says.
I might just do the note thing though...what do you all think I should do?

ok everyone...my friend talked to him on the phone for like 30 mintues...and he is asking me out on friday. but he said he was shy and that he couldnt make moves very easily, so i'll have to make all the moves, which is fine anyways cuz he won't back off so yah!
I'm a happy camper!

good news!
He asked me out on Saturday! Today was our first day in the public eye, and everyone kept bugging us and saying we were the cutest couple and it got really annoying after a while lol...but I'm happy!
