I love Pink Floyd. Another brick in the wall part II rocks!

We donít need no education.
We donít need no thought control.
No dark sarcasm in the classroom.
Teacher, leave those kids alone.
Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone!
All in all itís just another brick in the wall.
All in all youíre just another brick in the wall.

We donít need no education.
We donít need no thought control.
No dark sarcasm in the classroom.
Teachers, leave those kids alone.

Yeah, it is.    It's not the original song, though, it's a cover by a band called Class Of '99.

I got Dark Side of the Moon on record last week, and it's not bad. I'll probably just use it for background music though.

Hey, has anyone done that "Dark Side of Oz" thing? Y'know, where you play "Dark Side of the Moon" alongside "The Wizard of Oz" and it's supposed to sync up and stuff?

They were playing it at this theater near me for a while, but I never got to see it. I have some friends that have tried it though -- you're supposed to start the record on the third roar of the MGM lion at the beginning. I've heard it works better with vinyl.

Yesterday we were out in the hallway at school measuring stuff for math class, and the band room door was open, and I could hear the band teacher playing 'Dark Side Of The Moon' on his CD player.

Just thought I'd bring up a dead thread to mention that...

Wish You Were Here is the best Pink Floyd Album, in my opinion.

I have been for most of my life a HUGE (and by huge I mean "UGE") Pink Floyd fan.

I've liked Pink Floyd almost as long as I've liked the Beastie Boys.

"Dark Side of Oz" I know that. Some of my friends go there all the time. I've never been though. When you go you're supposed to get high. You listen to Pink Floyd, watch The Wizard of Oz, and get really high. And the movie theatre lets you do it, even though it's illegal for kids to smoke. Apparently they've stopped doing it though. At least they have here (Toronto).

Where do you live?
