Yes, I've heard many different comments about that new album, and I really don't know what to think: fake or real...
I hope his family will say something to clarify the controversy.

They already have.  Katherine and Prince and Paris have spoken out saying it's not Michael on every track.

The cover art is awful!

So thoughts on Breaking News?  (Regarding validity)

But Sony is selling it as if Michael is on every track... so I guess his family should sue the company...
I've listened to the new song 'Breaking news' and I think it is Michael, and I like it.

I've compared it to several tracks from Invincible (since they are the most current studio recordings showing clear difference from the higher pitched we are used to, and it doesn't sound like him.  Also Taryll has said that it is in no way Michael singing on that track.

I got the track for Christmas and I am still skeptical on some songs. I actually put my ear near the speaker and try to listen to the voice resemblance, but it's really hard to notice on Michael's voice. Most of the songs sounds like he could of wrote it a couple years ago, and  peoples voices (especially guys) can change over time.

You know, what people say on tv and computer is not all quite true. But if Paris, Prince said what they said ^^ then we could/should believe what they say on the cd, I guess, lol.

It was released through their lawyer and Katherine has said on film.

A Michael soundalike has actually said he recorded tracks that are used on the album.  Either way, the album is bad.  And not Bad bad

A lot of Jackson ans I think were/are still in the hysteria of "We have to buy everything that has his name and/or picture on it!" and people take advantage of that.  I've heard the album, if it is all him, it's not his best work.  I'm a big enough fan to admit that if it his work, it's not great and there's a reason he kept it hidden, you know what I mean?

It's actually very common and I see no harm in it.  They might discover that they really like the artist.  Maybe when the artist was alive they weren't in the individuals eyesight (so to speak) then they won't bother listening but when some artists die they are all over the news so people decide to check them out.

There was a woman on TV today who said that she really started obsessing over Michael in 2009 after she heard of his death. After having been asked what she believes really happened, she said that she thinks that he is alive and hiding.

I don't get why some people become interested in a celebrity after s/he has died. We have followed Michael's career ever since the early 90s but I wouldn't suddenly be interested in someone just because they are no longer here. It's very strange.

Well I myself was always a fan of MJ from an early age. But I became obsessed with River Phoenix, Judith Barsi, Heather O'Rourke and Marilyn Monroe and they all died. I was never a fan of any of them until after I found out they had died.. so I do not know why that it but I guess when you read of someone famous who has passed on untimely death it really makes you think about your own mortality RIP to all those I mentioned

Hey back to MJ you been reading on the trial for Dr Murray and you seen the deathbed pic of him, so sad  I hope they find Dr Murray guilty as he obviously is!

As I say, my personal belief is that it's just curiosity to see what all the fuss is about, y'know

Reading?  I'm watching, seeing all the evidence live.  I want to keep an open mind and listen to the evidence and make my judgement that way rather than just because I'm a life-long thinking he's innocen tin that matter, y'know what I mean?  From what I've seen so far Mister Walgren and his associates are doing are fine job in showing their case.  Mister Chernoff on the other hand is playing a very obvious game with the jury and is clearly getting frustrated.  Walgren has had two objections at most in two days so far (they have currently just broken for lunch break on the second day).  Whereas Chernoff has recieved at least eight or nine objections.  Most, if not all, sustained.

And as for the death photo people are making such a big deal out of the fact it shouldn't have been used but this isn't a TV show and they aren't using it for "entertainment" value.  This is a real legal situation and that photo would have been used in a closed-courtroom.
