You listen to more Rock or Hip hop?

Hey everyone, 
I was just wondering which genre do you listen to the most, Rock or hip hop?
Well, lets start with me.
I listen to personally, to hip hop more than rock cause sometimes I am not into the rock genre. Well, the only rock band I listen to is Nickelback I think they are amazing!. ahaha Cause when I grew up I was basically listening to their songs cause of my uncle.
What do you listen to mostly? Rock or hip hop?

Rock. without a doubt... Well actually I listen to punk(rock) more often.
When I go out I want HipHop though, for the booty-shaking

Rock. \m/. Well, I listen to a lot of different genres, but if I have to pick between Rock and Hip Hop, I generally [OK, I do] listen to more rock, but that doesn't mean my iPod is completely Hip Hop free.

I listen to both genres,but Rock is more hmmm musical to me,and to be honest i find Hip hop more suitable for boys...not for romantic tender,and senseble girls like me

Rock. Definitely. And for some of the same reasons Mai mentioned.
I just don't care for the subject matter in most hip-hop. And I believe lyrics were meant to be sung, not chanted.

^^^ Exactly! Like Pam, I listen to more 'alternative' rock music generally. But when I go out, I want a completely different type of music to dance to... Not that there's been much 'booty-shaking' going on lately.

i can say that rock is my first love , but it doesn't means that i don't listen others music genres... if you listen only one genre of music, you're a robot

rock and hip-hop can blend some wonderfully sometimes. but its rock all the way hip-hop is still good though
