Anyone Out There Listen To Metal?

If anyone out there is a fellow metal listener please post the bands u listen to and possibly pictures if u can. Some of the many bands I listen to are Down, Metallica, Cradle of Filth, Pantera, Superjoint Ritual, My Ruin, HIM (If they can be considered metal).

I know there's definitely a few HIM fans around -- but you should check in the Music forum. You'll find plenty of metal fans in there.

you know, i don't really know exactly what is metal and what is not... When do you consider a group is metal or not... i don't really know... For example, what kind of rock is Deftones ? or System Of Down ? Or Marylin Manson ? i'm used to listen to these 3 groups, but i don't really care what they are, it's just "speaking" to me, you know, i like it, and that's the most important to me...
i listen in fact to a lot of kind of music, i am eclectic

By the way, i don't exactly like any of the bands you mentioned, but i really love HIM. They're my favourite group right now.

I like metal. Some of it. There's another metal thread somewhere around here...
Anyways. My all time favourite metal band is Otep. Definately. I also love My Ruin, Moonspell, Kittie, Type O Negative, and A Perfect Circle (if you want to consider them metal). I don't know who would consider Jack Off Jill metal... some people do. I personally just consider them goth-rock. But if you do want to consider them metal, they're like my second favourite band. I <3 them.

I do.
I listen to Stone Sour, Manson, Some of Ozzy Osbourne; not to fond of his new stuff, The old Kittie is good too.
But, I like classical rock better.

Deftones = Heavy rock
System of a Down = Contemporary Metal  I think
Marylin Manson = Metal

Ohhh I love A Perfect Circle, Tool, Kittie and System of a Down.. Linkin Park is my favorite but I don't think many people would classify them as "metal". A Perfect Circle is way awesome though. They are my second fave, or quite possibly, tied with Linkin Park. Love them!

i remember now, System Of A Down is what they call "NU METAL" (don't really know what that means)
i maybe seem to be an ignorant but i don't care about the kind of music i'm used to listen to...
