I like 'Heya' too.  I am thinking of trying to buy the CD but I'm not sure if I'd like all the songs.  I'm glad that they took on that one chick as their new member because I think it adds to their sound. But if your going to buy the cd- it's two different Cds in one- Andre 3000 and Big Boi. One is Hey Ya type music, the other is just rap. Good stuff, man. Edit, a few months later: I HATE THEM! They are overplayed! EVERY FIVE MINUTES THEY PLAY "Roses!" It's so annoying! Why are you going to overplay a good band? (about 6 total) They have changed, slowly with each CD and their latest one is the most different of them all. Its a double CD, one CD is all Andre's songs, and the other is Big Boi's songs.  I have to say that Andre 3000 (guy who sings "Hey Ya" ) his CD is the better of the 2. His is more soul-funk-jazz-r&b, where big boi's is more rap, hip-hop. If you ever get a chance to hear the song "Prototype" on Andre 3000's part of the cd, it is just great, very soulful. Jackson...but yeah Andre's Cd is so much better such a nice misture. Reminds me of seventies funk! Which I love, Big Boi's is okay...but am not into hip hop that much.
