I don't have the soundtrack and I've only seen the movie once, but it's really awesome the you're school band is playing the music.

Yes thanks......I think the music really made the movie as it is......lol I had to nag our band director to order the music and let us play it at our concert......we've olny practiced it once so far....lol.....*fingers crossed*

im sure ur band will do great...i absolutely love the music from pirates of the caribbean..i listen to the soundtrack all the time

I loved it! I bought the soundtrack the day i saw the film!  I heard the credits music and i was like.... WHOA DUDE! gotta have that soundtrack! To MVC Scabs!

I haven't got the soundtrack either, but I'd really like it. The music rules! I have the manuscript for the piano which is cool.

this music is awesom! whenevere i saw the movies *all three times* i hummed along...yeah my brother's band played it this year. i was standing near the wall pretending to direct it. ever done that? it's FUN.

Yeah, the PotC soundtrack is great, but I think that it almost sounds same like the Gladiator soundtrack. And I have the Gladiator soundtrack. Don´t understand me wrong, IMO Hans Zimmer is an excellent composer...Just listen to the Gladiator, Spirit or the PotC soundtrack...then you´ll know what I mean... Please don't beat me.

I love it. I bought th4e soundtrack right after I saw the movie, though I was disappointed at the length of the tracks. I hope you guys have a good brass section though.
