Please do bear in mind that your picture can be no bigger than 400 pixels wide and 250 high. When you've done that, go to your profile, scroll down until you see "signature" and copy paste the url of the uploaded picture in the empty space. The link you have to use is the one that starts with [IMG]. If you want pictures that move, you'll need a special program to do that. If you can't make them yourselfs, you can put up a request in the "request thread" in the Fanart section. Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.
