Did anyone have problems with the board yesterday?

I tried going here about a thousand times yesterday and got an error page.Not just here but the website as well.Maybe the server was down but I needed an elijah fix yesterday(we are in vegas right now for my hubby's work event)because I was doing a lot of running around and it would have relaxed me.So what happened?

yep, the server was toatlly down...for everyone.
It was only yesterday that I realised how addicted I really am to a+f

Yes! It was gone till just tonight for me. Almost a whole day and a half in total.

Yes, I couldn't access A&F since yesterday evening when I went online until just about 30 minutes ago, about 24 hours in total for me.
Has it only been 24 hours, it felt like much much longer. 
I wrote to Lucy earlier and she said she didn't know why it was down either and then about 30 mins later, the site was back.
It sounds strange but I really missed not being able to come here.

The main site still doesn't work, for me at least
This is what it says:
This server is currently under maintenance.
Please check back soon...
So I suppose that's what's been going on, maintenance
You don't seem to be the only ones who had problems killing the time until the board was back on... I haven't counted them, but there were loooots of LJ's in which people complained
I had serious withdrawal symptoms myself, not knowing what to do with the suddenly huge amout of spare time  lol

I'm glad it wasn't just me.When I came here and didn't see that anyone posted about the outage I thought it was jsut me or something.I am new here but I was jonesin' big time yesterday!

Oh, I'm not the only one! I was going to ask the same question a couple days ago, but I didn't know where to post it. Now that's news.
I got worried it was going to be down for days. Or weeks. But I'm glad the best case scenario happened.
Man I'm so obsessed with this webste.

It was a horrible, scary experience, not being able to come on A&F.  I didn't know if my life would be worth living any more. Okay, okay, I am exaggerating a bit,  but I did really, really miss it. It made me realize how much I appreciate the forum and all of you.

Seems like everybody was suffering withdrawal symptoms when the site was down. There is no doubt we are all a bunch of A&F addicts as well as being Elijaholics.

Haha, this reminds me of the LJ blackout a few months back. I didn't try to log on here yesterday, but I've got many online addictions so usually ONE of them is operational.
