yeh nd put the first part of the "glow" code in front of [ move ] and the second part of the "glow" after [ / move ]

If you want it ON the signature picture itself (which I think is what you're asking), that's impossible to do through the message board's codes. You have to actually do that yourself and make an animated graphic instead.  The board can only make text glow/move when it's letters alone, not on top of a picture.
Like my avatar, for example. It's moving because it's made from an animation program.
