In the profile text box, put in:
[img*]ThePicture'sURL[*/img]
Without the stars.

You don't need to put the [img][/img] tags for the avy picture

click on  type in your password, scroll down to where it says "I have my own pic" check the box, then put in the url of the picture and click "change profile" at the bottom
