I have alot exams about after 2 weeks.My classes are too hard.I must study much ! Especially,I must learn for analytical chemistry much ! ...

I'm okay. the two biggest things going on with me are weight loss and really trying hard to conquer my social phobia/social anxiety. I've lost 5 stone 8 pounds (78 pounds) since january. Also I've been getting better with putting a lot of effort into trying to improve my life and might be considering trying to return to work next year. what is your job? general office work?

That's really good, I'm really proud of you sweetie, 5 stone 8 pounds, you go girl!! Really, I do hope you do conquer your social phobia/anxiety and get to work again!
I am temping at MMU(Manchester Uni)as a Research Degrees Administrator, different kind of admin but I am really enjoying it and the people are so nice

that sounds great. might there be opportunities for something full time with the University, or do you actually prefer the freedom of temping?

that is great, do you feel better over there, like more mentally/emotionally well than here in the UK.
