Maybe it was also due to my headache, but I didn't quite get it. But I think it was made brilliantly, the effects are great and I liked the concept. The rhythm is amazing, the cast is perfect, the music is great and Dicaprio is just brilliant. I love Memento, another Nolan's movie, and Inception reminds me a bit to it. As a psychology major there were aspects of the plot and movie that drove me crazy (you only remember dreams you wake up in the middle of, people use more than 10% of their brains, etc.), but at the same time there were aspects that I loved. The idea of implanting an idea, and just being an overall psychological thiller made my inner psychologist giddy! Lol I loved that the ending is left open to interpretation; I feel like I could potentially watch this movie at different points in my life and sort of interpret things differently. The plot of the story was unique and made me confused at times, but I finally understood! One of the best movies of the year!
