Oh yeah! Bruce Almighty made all of us fall off our seats laughing the first time in the theater. The funniest part ever was when Jim Carrey made Steve Carell do funny things in front of the camera. "Lablabla, Ehblablacahcahpoopoo, aPEEPEE!! Ahahaha....ha"
My mom said she couldn't breath because it kept going on and on.

Quote from: Cristiel on December 17, 2006, 04:51:47 am I often don't like comedies cause they really can't make me laugh. But... there's one that, when I first saw it, made me and my mom laugh so hard our bellies hurt. That movie was "The Gods must be crazy". It's so crazy, so funny but also so silly.
If you like comedies and haven't seen this one yet, I can totally recommend it.

I saw this movie. It incredibily funny in a natural way. In fact, I saw it more than three times and it still made me laugh.

funniest movie ever made.
i usually dont like comedies, so i avoid them. but Elf is just too great!
|
I watched that last night. The funniest part for me was the surprising Jack-in-the-boxes. That and the very very long burp. My cat was sitting on the couch facing away from the TV at the moment and after about a few seconds the cat stared at the TV screen for as long as it took the burp to end. We laughed and laughed......
| haha, that burp is my dad's favorite part. he laughs for such a long time!
my personal favorite is when he gets hit by the taxi. i almost died!
and when he sings the Christmas-gram to his dad. "i'm here with my dad. and we never met. and he wants me to sing him a song. and he never knew i was born. but i'm here now! daddy! and guess what, i love you i love you i love youuuuu!" hahahahaahhhahaha
|
LOL!! *laughs just thinking about it*
I was just about to recommend Elf myself, but a few people got there first. I watched it last night and by choice I would have never picked that film up as I don't usually like this kind of comedy. I don't usually find them funny when most other people find them hilarious, but this one I liked. I want to see it again already ^^

That's funny Carina.
I suppose so many people are watching it because it's Christmas? I went around to a friends house and we couldn't decide what to watch so he suggested that.
Now I want to see Bruce Almighty again. I saw it at the cinema but that was quite a long time ago now.

The first time I saw 'There's something about Mary' we were just literally rolling over the floor of laughing. Especially the part were the dog is on fire .
Other funny films are:
Shrek Bridget Jones diary And I'm sorry to say it, I know this film is low: American pie

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Best scene in the movie!!!
I don't remember if I mentioned Shrek, but that's a classic. I like the 2nd one too, but it wasn't quite as funny. Funny, but not quite as. It was still good though.

The 1st Scary Movie has made me laugh a lot. I think because me and my friend used to love the Scream films and that's mainly a rip off of them, and there's one or two inside jokes there too, which remind me of when I was in high school.
