my goodness you're right!  i just looked at amazon and nothing is listed for the dvd. but i'm hoping that will change when the release date is closer and some extras are included. they don't even mention what kind of audio it's in or if subtitles are included and i know there has to be subtitles.

Want to let all German's know that the Happy Feet DVD will be released in Germany on March 30th.

worry no more. the extras that we were wondering about WILL be included on the dvd.
Two new fully animated sequences: Mumble Meets a Blue Whale, A Happy Feet Moment
Private dance lesson with Savion Glover
Two music videos: Gia's Hit Me Up, Prince's The Song of the Heart
Classic cartoon: I Love to Singa
plus there may be these on the UK dvds:
Behind the Scenes of Happy Feet and Creating the Tap featurettes, the Dance like a Penguin: Stomp to the Beat challenge, "Somebody to Love" music video sung by Brittany Murphy

Happy Feet is freaking beautiful/awesome...rather offbeat in the storytelling, a gorgeous voice for the protagonist, and it helped me discover my passion for dancing :-D

- too mindbogglingly, devastatingly gorgeous to be plain human. Possibly one of the few recorded cases of a male succubus, thus to be treated with extreme caution....mind the eyes!

in cincinnati it will not be out until tomorrow tues 3/27 oh yeah ive seen it 3 times it is a great movie i will buy it tomorrow

My copy is on the way! It might be here tomorrow, but I can't pick it up (I live at school) because I don't have time to go pick it up between classes. Why do I have such heavy class days on tuesdays?!?!?! But I will probably go get it while at work on wednesday, good thing i can go run errands when i have nothing to do (which is about 80% of the time)
At least my copy of "Crystal Visions" by Stevie Nicks got here ahead of time. It's a good week for stuff!

i wondered why this was brought up again. 
that's wonderful news! imagine, a year later, and the movie is still picking up awards. i bet this makes george miller very happy. and now that this is up again, i've been wondering about a sequel. wasn't there mention of one happening?
