Yeah, I can't remember what the literature term for that kind of thing is called, but what I got from the book was that Adam was in therapy to remember his past, and that's where all the memories of his dad leaving and stuff came from. Then while he was on his "journey" it was actually contained in the mental asylum place. All the people he met were actually people that lived in the same confinement as he did. Don't think any of that made since, but oh well.

Liar, lol. I just read it again and it doesn't make much sense to me. I remember his mom died, and that people were looking for his dad, but why did they want his dad again? Do you remember?

Robert Cormier is one of my favorite authors...but The Bublebee Flies Anyway is not my favorite book that he has written...he has a lot more novels that are in my opinion better...if you liked The Bumblebee Flies Anyway, I am The Cheese, The Chocolate War, or Beyond The Chocolate War then you woud probably like his book Tenderness ...it is really good in my opinion...some other good books by Robert Cormier are... After the First Death 8 Plus 1 Heroes Fade Now and At the Hour Darcy I Have Words To Spend
He has even more then this but these are his best in my opinion...I own all of his books...I've read them too...
