I read it in like 6th grade -- that's like 8 years ago for me. I remember liking it a lot though. I can really relate to Jo because I'm an aspiring author myself.

A truly wonderful book. It's just such a good read. I can't put it down once I start it.

Most women seem to LOOOOOOOVE this book, and I can't say that I understand why. It's a good story with lots of emotional stuff going on, and Jo is a character that keeps the book a bit lively, but all in all, for me it was just one of those books you read because it's a classic. I didn't cry, I just read. Perhaps I will re-read it one day and cry but I somehow doubt it.

it's a really heart warming book to me...i saw a black-white movie of it which was cute as well and a color movie which was better.
i just like the book, neverminding whether it's a classic. it deserves to be one, though.

It is such a great book! I love it, though it's been a long time since I've read it. I did watch the more recent movie over break when I was sick for a couple of days. I enjoyed that as well.

A wonderfully heartwarming classic, but not one that has really stayed with me since I first read it. Charles Dickens writes better.
