I looked in the admin center for info but couldn't find anything.
As for the colors, there's a list of colors that you can choose from. I don't think there are additional colors. For the fonts, I have no idea, sorry. I think the only person who might be able to answer this question is Jochen, our tech admin.

I tried a cool font and it worked... I guess we can use all fonts we can use in Words you know... I don't know about the color, though.
EDIT: Okay, I tried to put "color=Fuchsia" and it worked.. So I think we can use all colors/fonts we like. (I'm not sure if we really can use ALL, but you know what I mean... )

What color was the fisrt one? Hot Pink?

The first one is Fuchsia, but you can use any color you like (I tried them all...)
And all the fonts I can use when I use "Word", I can use here... Do you know what I mean?

As nerd as I am and I know how to HTML my web pages, I can help you with making custom color codes.
So this is how it works. As you may know, computer understands the color mix as RGB (red, green, blue). Computer mixes the colors like they get mixed in light, so red + green = yellow, green + blue = cyan and blue + red = magenta.
The web browsers understand the color mix with a 6-digit code, such as this:
#ffffff (RGB, two digits for each color)
You can give each colour a value for the mix. The scale of values is from 0-9 and from a-f. 0 is the lowest, 9 and a are in the middle, and f is the highest. In this case, all the values are highest so this is the result:
Which is pure white. Which means that #000000 is pure black.
Of course, you can make all of your own colours, like

Yeah yeah, I'm a one nerd. 
I prefer using color palette though... You can really never see beforehand what exactly those color mixes become. It's a bit random.
Web page editors or PhotoShop can show the web color codes though. You can just click on their color palette and pick the code.
