im new so im still trying to figure this board out so i have a question.... how do you put a personalized pic in, like from another site. when i tried it didn't work, so can you help me...

Without the *'s.

The url can be found by right clicking on the pic, scrolling to 'Properties', then copy and paste the url between the tags.
